One of the important advises which doctors give to Covid patients is not to panic. In this difficult situation chanting helps to calm the mind especially the Hare Krishna Mahamantra. Those suffering from COVID should try their best to have a peaceful mind.

Even the family members who are taking care of the COVID patients should not panic else it will be difficult for them to properly take care of their loved ones.

It is true that its a deadly disease. It is also true that daily hundreds of people are dying because of Covid. But it is also true that there are thousands of people who are recovering from this deadly virus. So do not lose hope. Do not become hopeless.

In this trying times it is important to have a peaceful and positive mind. Those who are peaceful, positive and cheerful are better equipped to fight the disease.

Chanting or Meditation plays a very important role in calming the mind. Mantra meditation i.e. the chanting the holy names of Krishna is very much helpful. 

Chanting the Hare Krishna Mahamantra relieves us from all the stress, frees us from anxieties and calms our mind.

How a Covid patient should chant Hare Krishna Mahamantra?

Chanting is very ease to do. You can chant at home and even if you are in hospital. It is not that one has to take bath before chanting. Wherever you are, just chant the names of Krishna. If you have chanting beads, then chant on beads. If you do not have beads, then you can chant on your fingers. If possible, you can put a picture of Krishna in front of you while chanting. Or you can download the picture of Krishna on your mobile and chant.

Chant at least one round of Hare Krishna Mahamantra daily. It takes around 6-7 minutes. But if you can then try to chant three rounds of Hare Krishna Mahamantra daily. One round in the morning, one round in the afternoon and one round before going to sleep in the night.

Chanting not just helps to calm the mind, but it will also help you to get the blessings of Krishna.

Krishna will help you to fight this deadly disease. Krishna will cure you from this deadly disease. And Krishna will make you peaceful and blissful.
